Salaam everyone,

We would like to inform you that the Al-Hidaya Youth team has organised a lesson refresher on the topic of Menstruation and other types of bleeding. This is an important topic for all women to learn.

Please bring a book and pen!

Summary sheets will be provided.

We hope to see you all there In Shaa Allah.

Date: Saturday the 5th of August

Time: 2:30-4pm

Age: 9-14 years, however women of all ages who would like a refresher on this important topic are more than welcome.
